With the rapid development of Japan-oriented software outsourcing, the demand for talent of computer science is increasing, reasonably making evaluation of talents comprehensive skills on Japan-oriented software outsourcing is important. This paper use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to research. First, show the evaluation index system and the weight of references; Then, the establish mathematical models of fuzzy evaluation, including single indicators of fuzzy evaluation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation; The results of this research have the following characteristics, comprehensive consider various factors, objectively reflect the actual situation, simply use, evaluate accurately and reasonably, and in actual application, people should use evaluation method flexibly.
