PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a client company utilizing an outsourcing company with a means for selecting an excellent outsourcing company through the Internet.;SOLUTION: A server transmits an evaluation sheet stored beforehand to client terminals 101-105 to display it and receives the input of evaluation information corresponding to evaluation items in the evaluation sheet. The inputted evaluation information is transmitted to the server 10 and the server 10 transmits management information including the received evaluation information to the client terminals 101-105 to display it. Further, after receiving the input of the preparation instruction of an evaluation result based on the management information, the client terminals 101-105 transmit the inputted preparation instruction of the evaluation result to the server 10 and the server 10 prepares the evaluation result based on the stored management information.
