摘要

Working principle of semicondutor refrigeration was briefly introduced in this paper.Combined PID algorithm with PWM control method, the design of temperature controller and driver based on semiconductor refrigerator was completed.In the driver circuit,a n -type filter is used to suppress ripple of power supply, and simulate with MATLAB simulink toolbox for the components parameter selection in filter circuit.Experiments showed that this system achieved high precision temperature control and run reliably.
