Summary We obtained the research enzyme test (on the base of native and chondroitin sulfate modified hyaluronidase) for determination in vivo the dominant saccharide derivatives in bloodstream. On the rat model of post ischemic perfusion of limb we evaluated the restoration of initial microcirculation level with help of laser Doppler flowmetry and application of named enzyme test. Native hyaluronidase accelerated the microcirculation recovery while modified enzyme retarded this process in vivo. According to properties of hyaluronidase derivatives the glycocalyx degradation products inhibited modified, but not native enzyme. The results of laser Doppler flowmetry (after different schemes of assayed substance administration) warranted the participation of endothelial glycocalyx in microcirculation disturbances.
