The distance factors analysis of implementing VMI system

The development of VMI in supply chain management and inventory management in enterprise at this stage is rapid, but companies can not blindly apply VMI, any advanced technology or systems all have the conditions of applying. This paper use related knowledge of process capability index in the quality control, make a detailed analysis on the compulsory distance condition of implementing VMI. Facilitate the business decision-makers who prepare to implement VMI doing analysis and decision-making for their own business.
