摘要

In this article, We have researched about the integrity of the telephone marketing and enterprise image perception of consumers. In this study, We divided the sincerity telemarketing into a five-factor structure. They are people sincerity, product sincerity, channel of distribution sincerity, list price sincerity and interactivity. Our research is based on the rationality of five dimensionality of sincerity telemarketing and integrity of the telephone marketing and enterprise image perception of consumers. The research shows that we can know rationality of the sincerity telemarketing five dimensionality, and there has a direct influence between honesty in telephone marketing and enterprise image perception of consumers.
