摘要

This paper presents a research method on the basis of co-occurrence between emergencies that using Discrete Hopfield Nervous Network to research the relations of Emergency Events. This paper uses the rate of co-occurrence between emergencies as the weights between nervous, forecast the chain reaction after setting the initial emergency and threshold. To ensure the integrity and accuracy of the result, this paper proposes that get threshold through the 50 disaster chains which have happened already, and proves the superiority of this threshold. At last, this paper tests the rationality of this method by analysis the result of storm.
