By applying the matrix method, sociogram and statistical analysis method, this paper has made an analysis of users' exchange data collected through web spiders in the teachers' professional development community, results of which show that there exists comparatively much communication between internal members of the virtual community, and some members have already established a relatively close relationship. However, on the whole, the link between community members is limited and belongs to a relatively sparse network, community users can be clustered into different clusters, and there exist obvious characteristics in different users' information behavior, the In-degree and Out-degree of community cluster users are in a significant positive correlation, so are the number of posts replies and the number of post replies obtained of cluster users.
