PROPHECY RESOURCES CORP. LYNN LAKE PROJECT

A description of the Prophecy Resources Corp. Lynn Lake Nickel project is provided together with an update of the Nickel Bioleach laboratory test work currently underway at Mintek, Randburg, South Africa. The results achieved to date and their implications for further development are further discussed The current test work and development program has demonstrated that bioleaching may be used to successfully extract Nickel, Copper and Cobalt from low grade Lynn Lake concentrates. Also that the costs of recovery are comparable to existent processes. Further that there are a number of options that can be further developed in order to optimise the process and significantly reduce costs.
