Cross Lake Minerals Ltd., East West Resource Corp., and Canadian Golden Dragon Resources Ltd. have outlined the terms of an agreement (subject to all necessary regulatory approvals and signing of a formal option/joint venture agreement) with Falconbridge Ltd., which allows Falconbridge to acquire up to a 70 percent interest in the Night Hawk Lake Zn-Cu-Ag property, located approximately 28 km southeast of Falcon-bridge's concentrator and smelter complex near Timmins, Ontario. The property consists of 69 mining claims (347 units) in Bond, Macklem, Sheraton, and Thomas Townships and is held by Cross Lake (40 percent), East West (40 percent), and Golden Dragon (20 percent), with Cross Lake as the operator.
