Design and Implementation of the Sino-German Humanities and Social Sciences Portal

摘要

The Sino-German Humanities and Social Sciences Portal (SGHSSP), which is co-supported by Sino-German Center for Research Promotion, National Science Foundation, China and DFG, is implemented by the National Library of China (NLC) and the Berlin StateLibrary (BSL). This paper gives an extensive analysis of the portal in terms of information acquisition, system design and key fimctions based on introduction of the goal.
