摘要

The paper presents the structural design and operating principle of a new electric-pneumatic transfer device, which is the most important accessory section of pneumatic actuator. Based on the driving characteristic of piezoelectric bimorph, the orthogonal experiment was conducted to study the effect of the diameter, the thickness of the piezoelectric ceramics and the thickness of the elect rode on bending displacement, the optimum composition of a new electric-pneumatic transfer device was obtained. The experiment research was carried on and the results show that the new transfer device has the characters of fast response, sensitive reaction and meet requirement of air pressure output between 0.02MPa and 0.1MPa in industrial field with low voltage.
