How to face the economic situation in the Russian Far East in the post-crisis era for China

Influenced by the global financial crisis since later 2008, the economy of Russia has declined across the board. Russian GDP has fallen by about 9% in 2009. In this paper, the economy in Russian Far East grew slowly, however, the overall situation was better than the whole country's situation. With the post crisis era coming, the government and enterprises must have a clear view of local coming socio-economic situations, and prepare fully to meet the risks of trade and investment.
