摘要

With the advent of new research and technology, methods of transporting or injecting materials inside cells are evolving. Nano injection with a single needle has the potential to deliver molecules to a target region. But this approach limits a single cell processing at a time. Optoporation on a micro device provides high viability and throughput; however, it delivers cargo to unspecified locations without precise control over position. The current problem is that a constant amount of DNA copies is not transported to cellular nucleus which results in large variation of cellular gene expression. It happens because of the differences in cell condition and hole location of a membrane.
