Employee Relationship Management of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

摘要

Harmonious employee relationship(ER) for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is similar to lubricant for machine, the fast growth of the SMEs will bring a lot of change inevitably, there is an important problems for management department to handle employee conflict and allow employees to express their views. This paper will give clear identification of ER at first, then carry on an appreciation of the specific needs and constraints of SMEs, and finally give some recommendations of improving the employee relationship to the SMEs, in order to improve staff's satisfaction and reach the win-win between enterprise and the staff.
