摘要

The invention relates to a software platform for integrated management and control of electric energy and natural gas consumption, in order to increase energy efficiency in small and medium consumers. According to the invention, the software platform comprises four modules : a module (57) for managing data bases corresponding to electric energy and natural gas consumption taking into account the year, month, type of day, for example working or non-working day, meteorological factors, technical characteristics of equipments/installations, a module (58) for consumption and costs analysis which permits a user to obtain information such as the statistical analysis of the consumption over a requested time interval, depending on meteorological factors, a module for prognosis and profiling the consumption of electric energy and natural gas with two sub-modules, a first sub-module (59) based on a spatial grouping algorithm for obtaining consumption patterns, and on the implementation of multiple-regression methods in order to identify the consumption trends on short and long term, taking into account the meteorological factors, and a second sub-module (60) based on an expert system for consumption prognosis, and a module (61) for programming the energy consumption based on the energy consumption profiles of equipments, by using an heuristic optimization method for determining the minimal cost.
