SOFTWARE PLATFORM FOR DECISION ASSISTANCE IN OPTIMAL ECOLOGICAL DESIGNING OF ELECTRIC SYSTEMS WITH LOCAL ENERGY PRODUCTION AND STORAGE FOR INCREASED ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN EVERY CATEGORY OF CONSUMERS
The invention relates to a software platform intended to assist decisions in electric system designing with local energy production and storage. According to the invention, the software platform comprises a module (1) for administering data bases relating to location and architectural construction characteristics of buildings and enclosures, to technical-economical characteristics of electric installations components, including electric power production and storage, compulsory requirements/conditions as set out in standards, norms, directives, a design module (2) for design, execution and exploitation of electric installations which also includes a combinatorial optimization methodology allowing identification of solutions for cost and energy loss minimization and maximization of energy supply continuity for all receivers, and a decision-assisting expert system which checks the solution compliance with technical requirements and with the conditions of environmental impact, in order to finally validate it, and a data archiving module (3) which allows quick identification of common characteristics of designs using data base exploring techniques.
