Product quality is a significant market differentiator in medical electronics industry. Increased focus on product quality is requiring electrical designers to more effectively understand design margin. This requires better understanding the influence of process corners and better control of distribution tails. However, assessing the impact of corners or parameter shift is difficult to achieve in lab testing.
