Carbon Dioxide Levels in Educational Institutions

The article presents the results of the investigations into the indoor climate in children's institutions. Carbon dioxide is one of the most important indicators about air quality in buildings. Therefore the current study is mostly concentrated on the research into CO_2 levels. There is a certain correlation between the air change rate and the carbon dioxide level in the room. Renovation of school buildings can either improve or deteriorate the indoor climate depending on the renovation measures used. The results of the study show the measured values of the CO_2 level in educational buildings in different air change conditions.
