A Model of Building Vulnerability to Typhoon with Fuzzy Reason

The main difficulty to study building vulnerability to typhoon is that the available information is seriously incomplete. Introducing the information diffusion theory and fuzzy reason, in this paper, we suggest a model of building vulnerability to typhoon consisting of building the fuzzy relation matrix and fuzzy rule set. The normal information diffusion can be used to construct an information matrix which reflects the relationship between input and output. Any element of the matrix corresponds to an information granule.
