Establishment of strategic management target system for Campus Crisis

The effectiveness of Campus Crisis management is crucial to the general environment of education and the image of education system. The overall target of Campus Crisis management system is to reduce loss of life and property and to maintain a healthy school administration system. The system should follow the scientific, systematic, feasible and comparable principles. Based on these principles, the structure of the strategic management target system for Campus Crisis contains three layers. The first is target level, being the overall measurement of the effectiveness of the system. The second is standard level -the secondary targets including the environment support, strategic main system, processing system, and implementation system. The third level refers to the specific detailed targets.
