The dispersion induced peculiarities in the transmissionspectra of the one-dimensional dielectric photonic crystals

The influence of the frequency dispersion of the dielectric permittivity in the visible and near infrared regimes on the photonic band gaps in the transmittivity spectra of the one-dimensional dielectric photonic crystal Al_2O_3/SrTiO_3 is theoretically studied. The cases of the oblique incidence of the TE- and TM- polarized light are investigated.
