摘要

The transmission spectra of finite photonic-crystal Si/a-SiO_2 structures with a defect have been calculated by the transfer-matrix method, taking into account the frequency dependence of the dielectric permittivity.It is found that the allowance for the dispersion of the silicon refractive index relatively weakly affects the position of the stop bands in the photonic-crystal structures under consideration but significantly changes the position and magnitude of the transmission peaks due to the presence of a defect in the structure.
