摘要

The premise and foundation of organizationmanagement begin with the assumption of humanity. Authorsthink that humanity is composed of inwardness, mentaldisposition and habit. Authors believe that humanity is aprocess of tending to "truthfulness, benevolence andforbearance ". On this basis, limitations and problems of"doctrine of good human nature", "doctrine of evil humannature" and "doctrine of neutral human nature" are pointedout, and it is also indicated that humanity is different fromhuman inwardness. Inwardness is innate, immutable.Humanity has moral attributes, it is tending to inwardnesshaving characteristic of "truthfulness, benevolence andforbearance". The depravity of person is a process and resultthat inwardness is beclouded by mental disposition and habit;family, school and society have the responsibility, thefundamental reason lies in oneself.
