LuLiF4 single crystals co-doped with thulium (5%) and holmium (0.5%), which had large size, intact shape and highoptical quality, were successfully grown by the medium frequency induction heating Czochralski Technique. Theabsorption spectrum of the crystals showed that the main absorption peak located at 686 nm and 792nm. At roomtemperature, LuLiF_4single crystals co-doped with thulium (5%) and holmium 0.5%) were end-pumped by afiber-coupled laser diode system with pumping wavelength of 795 nm. We achieved power of 50 mw continuous laseroutput at 2.05μm wavelength.
