In order to achieve the purpose of pre-dusting device efficiency, low resistance, energy-saving after dense phase Semi-dry flue gas desulfurization system. In this paper, computer numerical simulation as the main research method, use single factor and orthogonal method, simulation study of the various factors that affect the perfonnance of the octagon separator, get the law of different factors for separator performance. And designing a separator structure model, use this model as a sintering plant dense phase pre-dusting device after the semi-dry flue gas desulfurization system, get the separation efficiency of 37.6% , obtain the desired effect of better engineering.
