摘要

The vehicles and low frame bridge system is a significant sub-system of high-efficient automatic container terminals which is composed of carrier vehicles, crane carriages and the low frame bridge. Dynamic response analysis includes modeling this flexible multi-body system by multi-body dynamic software and analyzing the dynamic vertical vibration of the system under the fast-moving heavy vehicles and cranes in several crucial working conditions. The results indicate that the operation of the vehicles and cranes is the most important factor causing the vibration, and the carrying mass and the start position have great effect to the vertical vibration. These results will guide to improve the design of the system to keep the system working efficiently and steady in various conditions.
