The seventh Congress of the Party pointed out that the ideological and political education should focus on new ideas of people care; provide new way of thinking for university ideological and political work of the new period. The people care of the university ideological and political education base on the development of students, respect the dominant position of students and individual needs, mobilize and inspire their enthusiasm, initiative and creativity and make them healthy growth. Change concepts of education to break the traditional ways and means, strengthen education interaction, pay attention to individual, broaden the content of education, is an important way to strengthen people care in the university ideological and political education.
