Study on Generic Technology Innovation System for SMEs Cluster

摘要

Technology innovation iS the resource and drive for economic development，which impulse society sustainable development. In China SMEs play more and more important roles in economic development，and should be a key part of national innovation system.But SMEs’own characteristics lead to rome difficulties and problems during the SMEs innovation process.So the innovation of SMEs is always an important issue that cannot be ignored. The construction and maintenance of generic technology innovation system to SMEs cluster is an effective way. This paper analysis the characteristics and mechanism of the generic technology innovation system to SMEs cluster deeply，and study some key issues those safeguard the system's work.
