Activity of the nurses in a team rendering the services for people with mental disorders

摘要

This paper reports on a study analyzing activity and the roles of the nurses in a specialist team. Research work investigates the nurse activity in the specialist team rendering the services for people with mental disorders. Team work in health organization is determinative factor for successful activities and progress. Successful activity in a specialist team is based on sistemic problem solved methods and oriented to physical, social, psychical, psychological needs. This idea is important in mental health context and quality of nurses activity depends not only on solving physical problems of people with mental disorders.
