Creative Leadership is based on the principle of human connection and interconceptuale, in terms of organizational change and sustainability in companies that adheres to promote climate effects on reducing environmental impact. Article submission is based on the link between sustainability and leadership on reducing environmental impact, summarizes the main methods and techniques for counteracting industrial companies (impact assessment, climate change, intelligent production systems - IMS) and focuses on issues of balance the priorities of organizational change, sustainability and leadership. The end result of the leadership process is materialized in a relationship of dialogue in terms of organizational change in terms of stability and sustainability requires a balance between short-term priorities and long-term vision and priorities that arise between local, national, international and global.
