Allergen-specific immunotherapy, as a pathogenetically justified method of treatment of children with atopic dermatitis

Research of effectiveness of parenteral allergenspecific immunotherapy (PASIT) with house dust miteallergen was carried out on the basis of 33 children with atopic dermatitis (AD). It was found out that long-termthree years’ administering of PASIT to children resulted in significant improvement of their skin state, decreaseof basic therapy and allergic sensitization volume.
