EVE leading the development of ocean energy in the Basque Country (Mutriku Project, etc.) Vision of the Basque Country as a worldwide reference in the development of ocean energy, on account of its industrial and technological capacity, amongst other reasons. An R&D platform on ocean energy (CIC energiGUNE) to be built in the Basque Country.
