摘要

The polycrystalline samples of BaTi(1-X)MnXO3(BTM) ferroelectric ceramics with x =0, 0.04, 0.07, 0.1 has been prepared using a solid-state reaction technique. Preliminary structuralstudies using X-ray diffraction technique at room temperature suggests that compounds havesingle phase with the orthorhombic crystal system. The scanning electron micrographs showuniform grain distribution throughout the surface of the samples. Dielectric properties of thecompounds have been studied in a wide range of temperature (35-500~0C) and frequency (1 kHz -1 MHz). It has been observed that phase transition temperature of the compounds is Mnconcentrations dependent.
