摘要

Near field of Diesel spray is investigated with shadow visualisation method. Specific deflector for multi-hole injector is designed. A new image processing method is described and used for the estimate of atomisation characteristics of the jet. Fluctuating or persistent phenomenon are also demonstrated thanks to the statistical analysis developed.
