"Company + Farmers" Operational & Organizational Mode is the most important organizational mode in the agricultural industrialized operation, however, in the actual operational process, there exist quite a lot of phenomena of breach of contracts on both parties. In this Article,gaming theory is adopted to analyze the formation of contracts of"Company + Farmers" Operational & Organizational Mode with emphasis on contracting ambience and causes for breach of contracts.
