In traffic control, the split, cycle length, and offset timing parameters are continuously and incrementally adjusted by the control system. Traffic control requires a sensor that monitors traffic in real time. As traffic changes, the splits, offsets, and cycle lengths are adjusted by several seconds. In network intersection, the importance is to know the neighboring intersections conditions are very important to know. Four network intersections have been selected to be a model for our new traffic controller system. Simulation results are needed with the intention to find any contribution of the system before install to the Malaysia traffic system. Image sensors are used to calculate the microscopic flows installed at every intersection. Arena Simulation Software is used for this purpose. We already created the simulation model for four intersections by referred to the Japan traffic condition. By the result we can improve the new model which can fits to the Malaysia traffic system. This controller system were expected to be use in order to fix up the recent system.
