摘要

The electrical and photoluminescence properties of zinc oxide thin films prepared by sol-gel spin-coating method have been investigated. The thin films were prepared at different sol's molar concentrations. The photocurrent measurement indicates the improvement of ZnO thin film photocurrent properties at higher molar concentration. The photoluminescence properties characterization shows the ultraviolet (UV) emission intensity of ZnO thin film was enhanced by the increasing of molar concentration. The defect generation also found to be increased in the thin film at higher molar concentration.
