Community Informatization is the important content in the construction of E-government, at the fundamental level between the residents and the government. It is the particular social practice on the basis of social informatization process in china, with the profound social background. In general, community informatization needs experience four construction steps. Combining the present situation, the available construction strategy of community informatization is discussed from three aspects: government promotion、 construction mechanism and practical implementation.
