Research on the construction of airline's safety-oriented knowledge management system

摘要

The construction of airline's safety-oriented knowledge management systems is studied in this paper. Basing on the analysis of main problems faced by airlines in safety management, the definition and expression of the knowledge related to safety operation is discussed, as well as its impact on the construction of airline's safety-oriented knowledge management system. This paper provides certain theoretical guidance for the realization of airline's knowledge management system. The expression of knowledge related to safety operation is practiced by an actual project and the validity has been proved. A prototype for the construction of airline's safety-oriented knowledge management system is also provided.
