PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for storing and managing information and knowledge in a life cycle of products such as a design intention of a product designer, a concrete design structure, processing means, inspection means and reasons for the design structure in production, and quality problems and causes in a market in services.SOLUTION: By technology classification management means for describing knowledge that job participants have by integrated words, means for storing a location of the knowledge in coordinates of a 3DCAD model in order to specify the location of the knowledge, knowledge description means for defining relation of two or more pieces of knowledge by describing the two or more pieces of knowledge at the location of the knowledge, grouping the location of the two or more pieces of knowledge and the knowledge, and describing the knowledge of a higher concept describing high-order knowledge, and means for describing technical determination in the location of the knowledge in order to standardize the knowledge, the knowledge is gathered into the 3DCAD model, the relation of the knowledge is visually and systematically interpreted and storage is performed with the relation of purposes, means and reasons.
