The work shows the starting of a group of actions of diverse nature, that start from the investigation on economy didactic subjects, to tackle the development of several innovation projects and the improvement of the teaching quality on the economic analysis area. These actions, developed by a group of teachers of the Economic Analysis Grounds Department of the UCM, allow, in one hand, to have a better knowledge of the evaluation that the students do of different teaching attributes, and also to analyze the causes for the absenteeism, relation between assistance and performance, effects of the guardianships on the teaching evaluation, and also sort considerations on those evaluations. On the other hand, the development of several innovating teaching material that try to answer not only the needs suggested by the students on the evaluation polls, but also to easy the process of adaptation to the E.E.E.S. and the new learning environments, and where the teacher acquires a very different role than the fulfilled until now.
