In the second half of the 20th Century in the Meteorological Observatory of Moscow State University the analysis of long-term actinometric measurements was done. This analysis included the examination of multiannual variability of the aerosol optical thickness at (lambda)(velence)550 nm (AOT), total (N_(T)) and low (N_(L)) cloud amount, sunshine duration, net radiation and its components, surface albedo, natural illuminance (E), ultraviolet (UV, lambda<=380 nm) and photosynthetically active (PAR, 380-710 nm) solar radiation. Besides, there the presence of "clear" period in Moscow was revealed, characterized by low values of AOT at 1994-2001. Compared with the norm the increase of integral (300-5000 nm) and UV radiation was estimated in clear sky condition during this period. On the example of one month (March) the strong connection between monthly means of surface albedo and air temperature was showed.
