57Fe Mossbauer Spectroscopic and Bulk Magnetic Study of the Spinel System: Cualxcrxfe 2-2xO4

摘要

The spinel oxide system CuAl{sub}xCr{sub}xFe{sub}(2-2x)O{sub}4 with compositions x=0.0, 0.2-0.8 was synthesized by double sintering ceramic technique with different thermal history. The X-ray diffraction patterns of all the samples showed single-phase spinel structure with no extra lines corresponding to any un-reacted ingredient. All the compositions showed tetragonal distortion.
