L10 ordered FePt alloy thin films have been extensively investigated in recent times since they are potential candidates for application in ultrahigh density magnetic recording media [1]. Most of these studies have been focused on improving the structural and magnetic properties such as obtaining small grain size, uniform grain size distribution, high coercivity, and magnetic anisotropy [2]. However, for the applicability of these materials in magnetic recording media, an understanding of the magnetization reversal behavior by real time measurements is also very essential.
