DONOR SUBSTRATE HAVING A LIGHT TO HEAT CONVERSION LAYER AND HYDROPHOBIC THIN FILM PATTERNS DONOR SUBSTRATE HAVING LIGHT TO HEAT CONVERSION PATTERNS AND HYDROPHOBIC THIN FILM PATTERNS METHOD OF FORMING LIGHT EMITTING PATTERNS BY USING A DONOR SUBSTRATE LIGHT EMITTING PATTERN AND LIGHT EMITTING DIODE
The present invention relates to a method for forming the light emitting pattern of a light emitting diode such as an organic light emitting diode, a quantum dot light emitting diode, a perovskite light emitting diode, etc., and a donor substrate for forming a light emitting pattern. A donor substrate having a light to heat conversion layer and a hydrophobic thin film pattern is provided. The donor substrate includes a base substrate having optical transparency; a groove pattern layer which is disposed on the upper surface of the light to heat conversion layer and has a groove pattern and a protrusion pattern adjacent to the groove pattern and dividing the groove pattern; and a hydrophobic thin film pattern which is located on the upper surface of the protrusion pattern of the groove pattern layer. It is possible to form a precise and uniform light emitting pattern on a target substrate.
