INVESTIGATION OF COMPOSITION AND STRUCTURE OF IRON ALUMTNIDES OBTAINED WITH MA OF SHS

摘要

Iron aluminides resist attack by different aggressive media and, therefore, provoke great interest. Method of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) can be used to obtain iron aluminides. But low values of formation heats of these compounds do not provide process proceeding under common conditions.
