ENGINEERING EDUCATION AT NORTHWESTERN POLYTECHNICAL UNIVERSITY

摘要

Based on the practice of the creativity program for graduate students, which is promoted by the Ministry of Education of China, the authors show some key points of the engineering education at Northwestern Polytechnical University, especially for the graduate students to have a sound foundation at knowledge, a good creativity and personalities. The paper also puts forward a model of the creativity experimental center for the graduate students, and some basic rules for the center of self-design, free research and self-doing. This will give a new way for the training of the creativity ability for the graduate students.
