摘要

The superconductor tapes are subjected to mechanical and electromagnetic stresses (and therefore strains) during fabrication, winding and operation. For practical application, the study on the deformation/fracture behavior and its relation to superconducting property is inevitable. In this work, the local variation of critical current ic and n-value along the sample length and its relation to overall Ic in the tensile- and bending strained Bi2223 composite tape were studied.
