We propose wireless cellular network that is a sensor network formulation way. In this study, ZigBee applied using frequency-division multiplex systems to estimate the distance traffic congestion and create a proposal. Moreover, we propose the ZigBee multiplex explains the advantages of the proposed system application. We are unidirectional network congestion is considered by estimating the distance traffic congestion. We examine the validity of the proposed method for the simulation and actual experimental tests. Using the results of frequency-division multiplexing, The penetration rate of 10% decline on the estimated 10% accuracy is improved. Therefore, our proposed communication is high quality and accuracy of that estimate. To the actual environment, ZigBee congestion distance estimation applied feasibility of the system is confirmed. In addition to traditional communication ZigBee frequency division multiplexing is used in conjunction with a communications take some time for communication to improve the production quality is confirmed by experiment.
